are using is in 1.2-1.4mm. Slightly matted with soft textures and high fullness.

Our foam density meets the standard. It is durable, moisture-proof 

and breathable. Our foam’s combination, precise size, just about 

right proportion and ergonomic design can provide the most comfortable seat.

The interior frame of our sofa is made of Argentinian pine, Russian pine,and 

multi-layered. The foot boards are made of hard wood. Woodcontains water, 

wetry to control the moisture content of wood within 8-12% to resistant to 

deformation, decay and moth-eating.

The sewing is a very important process druing producing sofa. It relates to 

the appearance quality of the sofa. All of our sewing workers have 

beenworkingfor more than 20 years. With the German Dukep sewing 

machine, the straight and curve of the leather cover and cloth cover

 were perfectly showed.

The use of high quality nail gun to ensure the fastness of cloth cover or 

leather cover and other important parts. According to the design concept 

and management requirements,strictly control every detail.

After strict inspection by the quality control department, the quality meets 

the customers’ requirements: no color difference, no defects on surface, 

no jumping needle, no floating line. The sofa stands stable without skew.
